If I feel that I can be the best fit to prep you tax season, I will send over the next step for you to secure your VIP Day with me.

Step two: Let's Make it official
Once the sprinkles stop flying, I'll send over a contract and invoice so we can make it official! A 50% deposit will be required with the contract to lock in your session.
I can't wait to become a team member in your business for the day and help you feel confident and calm before tax season !

I'll send over a calendar invite for our 30-minute initial call to go over what I need from you and the structure of the VIP Day!
This is what will allow me to be the most efficient on your VIP Day and maximize my time in your business numbers.

Step four: It's Game Day
When your VIP Day arrives I will create a custom spreadsheet with your business numbers organized monthly and annually.
I will sift through your receipts, calculate your totals, and organize them so you can easily understand where your business stands financially. Plus you will be ready to send your numbers to your accountant with ease.

Step five: Let's wrap it up!
At the end of the day we will hop on a 30-minute video call where I will walk you through everything I did.
I will pull up the spreadsheet, let you know if there are any additional numbers that need to be added in, and answer any questions you may have.

I started my photography business as a hobby to let out my creative juices while working a 9-5 job. Little did I know that it would take off and get me to where I am now- working full-time as a wedding and senior photographer, after leaving my 9-5 job back in 2021.
I'm Heather!
I am SO EXCITED that you are here because it means you are taking the step to invest in yourself and knowing what you enjoy doing!!
It didn't come easy! There were lots of late nights, having to say no to things, and trial and error to figure out what worked best for my business and what I loved to do. But through it all, I have now created a system that allows me to have freedom in my life and the ability to outsource the things I don't love!!
Especially now knowing that I can help other photographers, like you, who are realizing that they don't need to do it all! As a photographer we have creative minds! So taxes and numbers are typically not something we love to think about. For some reason I absolutely love it, and it brings me so much joy that I can help take that burden off your plate so you can spend time doing the things you LOVE!
