The more I look at these photos, the more I fall in love with these kinds of sessions. There is just something so special and intimate about being welcomed into a family’s home when their little one is only days old to capture his or her tiny newness. When I do these sessions, I love to capture lifestyle portraits of parents interacting with their little ones in the comfort of their own homes.

Meet baby Hailey. Her amazing parents reached out to me just a couple of days after their bundle of joy was born! Luckily, our schedules were able to line up, so I could come to their home and meet the newest addition to their family. Spending time with Dan and Caitlin (and, of course, their pup Sadie!), and their little girl Hailey was such a treat for me. It was so fun to capture their sweet connection! Even though she only opened her eyes for a couple of blinks during the entire session, you could just feel the love between this little girl and her parents. I couldn’t be more thrilled for Caitlin and Dan — Hailey is ADORABLE.
