“You are my sunshine

My only Sunshine.

This sweet song (plus so many others) were sung softly by Chad to his little girl. Each time, the first note came out, everything fell silent, and Quincy just watched in wonder as her dad softly calmed her with songs from “We are the Champions”…all the way to “Chandelier.” It was one of the most beautiful moments to watch.

Thirteen days late, and you could see it in Chad and Kina’s eyes how happy they were to finally have their little girl in their arms. Each day after her due date, they patiently waited, praying and hoping, that it would finally be the day they would see their little girl’s eyes and hear her cries. The day finally came, and I can only imagine, through songs by Chad, Quincy entered the world into an overly loving family!

Throughout the entire session, Kina and Chad were constantly comforting and smiling down at their little girl! Just from this hour session, I know this little girl is going to be so loved throughout her entire life! And she is going to be well-versed in so many song genres!! She may even sing before she talks. 🙂

Kina and Chad, thank you so much for opening up your home to me during your first couple of weeks with your little girl! It was such a special moment for me to capture your you two, and I hope you enjoy a few of the photos from your precious session!
