We all know sales tax. It’s a common thing we have to pay for both goods and services. However, we, as business owners, have a different relationship with sales tax. The sales tax we are required to charge is not ours. At some point, we have to pay it to the government (weekly, quarterly, monthly) depending on how much we bring in. Some states only require you to do sales tax on services, some on just goods, and some on both. Check with your state to make sure you are charging it correctly. But, how do you calculate the sales tax you owe each time? In this week’s video, you will see how I’m creating a sales tax report using Honeybook.
If you’ve been around here long at all, you know that I love using Honeybook as my CRM in my business.
