Avery’s senior session at Overlook Park was everything a golden hour park senior session should be—breathtaking, fun, and full of those picture-perfect moments that you just can’t plan but somehow always happen when the light is just right.
Simply put, it was amazing!
Avery is a high school senior at Central York High School, and she brought her A-game to this session. She started in a field of wildflowers wearing a super cute white summer dress. The wildflowers added the perfect pop of color to those shots, and her smile lit up the entire scene.
You could tell right away that this was going to be an amazing session.
Next, Avery changed into a long, light blue dress, and Emily, of the HMP Team, and she headed over to a pine tree grove. One of our favorite spots at Overlook Park. The contrast of the soft blue against the deep greens of the trees was simply stunning. She really stood out, and the light peaked through in just the right way to give a little extra pop to the shots.
Couldn’t ask for a better golden hour park senior session.
Then, it was time for a little change up: a white summer shirt with a pair of jeans. Heading back to the fields allowed us to have a little fun with sitting amongst the wildflowers, not only giving more variety in her gallery but also making the field look totally different. Finally, we made our way to a pond where Avery changed into a light pink flowy dress. The sunset gave off a pink glow and accompanied her dress beautifully.
We love when seniors combine casual outfits and nicer ones!
Avery was such a joy to work with—sweet, confident, and so down-to-earth. It’s clear she’s going to do amazing things after high school. Avery, good luck on your next adventure, but enjoy every minute of your senior year first. Keep shining bright!
