Summer Wildflower Field Senior Session | Ellery Pape

Ellery’s summer wildflower field senior session was nothing short of magical. When she chose the Wildflower Lookout as her location, I knew it was going to be beautiful. Walking up and seeing the field in full bloom literally made my jaw drop. The vibrant colors, tall blooms swaying in the summer breeze, and golden evening light created the perfect backdrop for celebrating her senior year.

A Location Made for Seniors

The Wildflower Lookout has quickly become a fan favorite among my seniors, and it’s easy to see why. There’s something so carefree and timeless about running through fields of flowers, and it gives every gallery that dreamy, joyful vibe. For Ellery, the location matched her personality perfectly. Fun, vibrant, and full of life.

Ellery’s Energy Made It Unforgettable

What made this session truly special, though, was Ellery herself. She came with the best attitude, ready to laugh, explore, and try anything I suggested. Since she danced when she was younger, she had such natural movement in front of the camera and wasn’t afraid to be playful with her poses. That mix of confidence and joy always makes for stunning photos, and it definitely made this session one of my favorites this summer.

The Perfect Kickoff to Senior Year

We spent the evening wandering through winding paths, finding new angles with every turn, and making the most of the glowing summer light. It was one of those nights where everything just came together: the location, the weather, and Ellery’s energy. By the time we wrapped up, I knew this session was going straight to the top of my “favorites” list.

Ellery’s summer wildflower field senior session was the perfect way to kick off her senior year, and I am so excited to see all the amazing things she’ll do in her final year of high school and beyond.
