Masonic Village Boy Senior Session

May 23, 2024

I’m really excited to share this Masonic Village boy senior session. The place where Cayden has worked throughout his high school years. This session was a fantastic mix of Cayden’s love for the outdoors and a bit of fun adventure.

Also, a perfect reminder to incorporate things you love into your senior session.

From the start, Cayden knew he wanted to include his passion for fishing in his session. He brought along his rod and tackle box, ready to cast a few lines. It was so fun to see him in his element.

Relaxed and having a good time.

And guess what? He even caught a fish! With about two minutes left (yes, we had to time it; if not, he would have been there all day!) before we had to move on to the next spot, Cayden’s rod bent forward, and he pulled one in. It was such a fun moment to capture.

It made the session even more unique.

But the adventure didn’t stop there. While we were driving around the beautiful grounds of Masonic Village, Cayden abruptly pulled over. He had spotted three deer grazing nearby. We couldn’t resist trying to get a few shots with them in the background. Even with an attempt to sneak up quietly, those deer were alert and ran off before we could get any photos.

It was a spontaneous moment that added a little extra excitement to this Masonic Village boy senior session.

The combination of Cayden’s love for fishing and our little deer encounter made this session really special. It felt less like a photo shoot and more like hanging out and just getting to know him. Cayden’s laidback nature and love for the outdoors came through in every shot, making the photos a true reflection of who he is.

Cayden, thanks for bringing your fishing gear and adventurous spirit to your senior session. It was a blast capturing these moments with you. Here’s to many more fishing trips and outdoor adventures in the future! Congrats on your graduation, too!

XOXO ~ Heather Marie
