John Wright Restaurant Engagement Session

Three years ago, I had the joy of meeting Cassie. She was a bridesmaid in a HMP Wedding. Super sweet, so fun to be around! Most of the time, I prepare myself that it may be the only time I see someone in a bridal party. Which is totally fine, but there are a few I really connect with and keep my fingers crossed behind my back that somehow I may see them again.

Cassie fell into that category.

The girls on the wedding day actually got ready at Cassie’s parents’ house. So I not only connected with her but also her Mom and Dad. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to kindness and a welcoming personality. So, when Cassie inquired about her wedding I pretty much jumped out of my seat!

I was pumped to connect with them all again!

But more importantly, I was excited to get Cassie and Noah in front of my camera as the main focus this time around! These two did not disappoint! Their John Wright Restaurant engagement session was so sweet and relaxing. I know that’s potentially not the word you think of when you think photo shoot.

You just have to meet these two to understand!

It just felt like I was catching up with old friends I hadn’t seen in awhile. Cassie and I picked up our conversation what felt like right where we stopped a few years back. And Noah is the perfect ying to her yang. Happy to do whatever she would like and throwing in some witty comments at the perfect time.

These two are who I would want to go get drinks with after, so the conversation didn’t have to end.

I’m so blessed by the couples that trust me to be their photographer. It is an honor to become more than a vendor to them but instead a friend! Cassie and Noah, your wedding day can’t come soon enough! It is going to be beautiful, and The Star Barn is a perfect backdrop to celebrate your love. I can’t wait!
