Hibernia Park Senior Session | Alivia Decker

Alivia’s Hibernia Park senior session was one of those evenings that reminded me why I love photographing seniors so much. The lighting was perfect, the locations were stunning, and Alivia herself? Absolutely radiant. From her natural beauty to her killer fashion sense (seriously, I wanted to buy every single one of her outfits!), this session was a dream from start to finish.

Golden Hour in the Wildflower Fields

We started in Hibernia Park’s wildflower fields at sunset, and the light was nothing short of magical. Alivia wore a long floral summer dress that flowed beautifully as she ran through the blooms and took quiet moments reading her Bible. These photos captured both her joyful energy and her sweet, reflective side. Something I always love highlighting in my spokesmodels.

Switching It Up with Style

Her second look was a short tan dress paired with cowgirl boots and a bouquet of white baby’s breath. This outfit had such a rustic, country-chic vibe and was perfect for the open grass fields nearby. Then, Alivia switched things up again with a light blue romper layered over a white lace shirt. Fun, playful, and perfect for late-summer portraits.

We ended at the mansion, where she wore a simple white v-neck top with jeans. It was such a classic look, and it gave us clean, timeless photos that balance beautifully with the more whimsical outfits from earlier.

A Special Evening with Mom

One of my favorite parts of the night was watching Alivia’s mom support her every step of the way. She carried the world’s biggest prop bag (a mom’s love in action!), laughed alongside us, and even shed a few tears as it sank in that her little girl is really a senior. These are the moments that make senior sessions so meaningful; not just for the senior, but for the whole family.

From flowing dresses to casual jeans, rustic boots to floral bouquets, each look brought out a different side of her personality. Hibernia Park is one of my favorite spots for sessions because it offers so much variety: wildflower fields, a peaceful pond, and the stunning mansion all in one place.
