Popping in this week for a little fun! I absolutely love sharing all the beautiful images and amazing tips with you all throughout the year, but my absolute favorite thing is getting to know you all and letting you get to know me! So we are flipping the script this week!

It’s time for a behind-the-scenes look at my 2020 wedding season!

What an INCREDIBLE year it was. Also, what a strange year it was. From beautiful weddings all over the state to a global pandemic, this wedding season was one to remember. It was filled with so much beauty…and also a couple of embarrassing moments!

My heart is so full from each and every one of you!

I can’t thank you all enough for the love, support, and confidence you have in me! This job is absolutely amazing, and the people I get to meet along the way are the cherry on top! I love how much fun I can have in my job and all that I can share it with. This is me! I can’t thank you enough for accepting me into your families on such an important day!

Also, I just need to take a moment and thank all of the incredible people that have helped me this past year! From all my amazing second shooters, especially Julia who was with me for most of my weddings, to my incredible husband and studio manager!

Professional Dress Fluffer at your service 🙂

The girl that was my main side kick throughout the whole season, always kept me laughing, and is a pro dress tosser!

I absolutely love working with kiddos on the wedding days, too. It is so fun listening to their imaginations and letting them see themselves on the back of camera!

Each wedding day always starts out with one-on-one time with all the beautiful details of the day! I love to get my creative juices flowing!

We even had the privilege of having my incredible hubby at some of the weddings this year for assistance. Every couple absolutely loved him! And let me tell you, he knows how to toss a dress perfectly!

I don’t know Julia, you may have some competition!!

To be honest, on your wedding day, I may feel like a bonus bridesmaid. I love getting to know you, as well as all of your girls. Sometimes I even end up matching the bridesmaids 🙂 I will help fluff your dress to the perfect spot and make sure you are looking incredible during the whole day!

Trust me, I get a ton of exercise on a wedding day. When I get a photo in my lens that is just perfect, I end up running all over to capture it at every angle possible!

Oh, and you may just catch us dropping a few moves during the reception when our favorite song comes on! We just can’t help it when the music takes over!

I’m telling you, Smarties work like a charm to get those little ones smiling!

Sometimes we even change things up and go on a fun adventure together. This business is more than just the business; it’s the friendships that I am able to make outside of the job!
My favorite moment of the day is probably this moment right here! I don’t want to give it all away, but if you know, you know!
