The Willows at Historic Strasburg Blush Wedding

In less than 24 hours, the forecast for the day went from nonstop rain all day to only a few drizzles a couple times throughout the day. A whole lot of prayers were said about the weather for this Willows at Historic Strasburg Blush Wedding, and it paid off!

No rain was stopping this day!

I warn my brides that by the wedding day we are going to be close friends, and I will basically feel like an extra bridesmaid. My hope is to know my couples to the point that it feels like we have been friends for years.

I love to get to know each of my couples!

Well, Renee and Brian’s wedding felt like I had known them since our childhood years. I instantly connected with each of the bridesmaids, and by the end of the night, we were breaking out dance moves together. The groomsmen and I were cracking jokes back and forth all day long. Don’t get me started with their families. I was instantly welcomed in with open arms!

So much love was felt the entire day!

Renee and Brian have surrounded themselves with the best people! The biggest cheerleaders, support system, and celebrators! Sunday night was definitely one for the books. I was so sad when the DJ said it was the final song. Even after a ten hour day!

That is why I love this job!

The people, like Renee and Brian, are why each day it doesn’t feel like work. It feels like a celebration of two of my close friends. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Renee and Brian, thank you for inviting me in with open arms. For giving me the honor to capture and be a part of your day. And for letting me meet your incredible support system. You two are incredible, and I’m so happy you are officially married!
