Angela and Ryan’s Pond View Farm Fall Wedding reminded us why we love what we do. These two were so kind and so grateful all day long. In fact, they kept thanking our team and asking what they would do without us! Joy and Katherine from our HMP team photographed their day. Ryan says he hates photos, yet he was completely comfortable with our team, and it shows.

How They Met and a Magical Proposal

Angela and Ryan met through mutual friends at a Friendsgiving. Fittingly, their story started at a celebration all about gratitude. Later, Ryan took Angela to New York at Christmastime for her birthday. First, he took her to a very special dinner and proposed. Then they went to see the Rockettes! Angela calls it a special and magical weekend.

Getting Ready and a First Look With Her Parents

Angela and Ryan got ready at Pond View Farm. When Angela revealed her dress, her bridesmaids clapped and cheered. Meanwhile, Ryan and his groomsmen had fun under the willow tree by the pond. Instead of a first look with Ryan, Angela shared one with her parents. Her dad kissed her forehead, and she wrapped her mom in a big hug. It was so special.

Bold Fall Florals

The florals were the perfect pop of fall color! Burgundy and peach dahlias, white roses, and trailing amaranth looked stunning against the teal bridesmaid dresses.

A Traditional Catholic Ceremony

Next, Angela and Ryan were married in a traditional Catholic ceremony at Saint Ignatius church. Ryan waited at the altar as Angela’s dad walked her down the aisle. Surrounded by family and friends, they said their vows before God.

A Reception Full of Love

Back at Pond View Farm, the cats that roam the venue were a guest favorite. They even made a grand appearance right in the middle of the first dance! Later, Angela dedicated her bouquet to her mom with a sweet speech full of gratitude for all she has done. The anniversary dance was sweet too, and Ryan’s uncle and aunt won with more than 40 years of marriage. After cake, guests enjoyed an ice cream bar. Finally, Angela grabbed a group photo with her coworkers, who are all teachers. They were such a fun bunch and danced all night!
