Springton Manor Farm Engagement Session
This October is my busiest month in my business EVER! It’s typically crazy, but in total, I have five weddings and 13 other portrait sessions.
Even with this crazy season, each session brings me so much life and energy!
Sheryl and Eric’s
Springton Manor Farm engagement session didn’t disappoint. I had never been to this location before, but checking it out on Google, I had very high hopes! It held up to those expectations and honestly surpassed them! When I arrived, I started driving through a road lined with trees that had leaves that were starting to change color.
It was just magical!
I parked right at the end of it. To the one side of me was a beautiful field of tall wild grasses, and to the other side, there were fenced in fields with horses roaming all over. It was truly picturesque. I had envisioned doing the entire session right at those three spots! Honestly, I felt like I could have done two hours in just those three spots.
The imagination was just flowing!
Little did I know, there was even more to see! As soon as Sheryl and Eric arrived, looking incredible I might say, they let me know there were even more unique locations down the drive. I couldn’t fathom it getting any better. Boy, I was wrong! We started the session at the locations I had found, and Sheryl was in a beautiful white, flowy dress with florals scattered all around it. Eric’s light blue shirt accompanied it perfectly and let the two of them pop off the background of the changing fall leaves beautifully!
It was the perfect combination!
These two were naturals instantly! They followed directions to a “T.” I loved getting to know them in between poses and see their confidence grow in front of the camera with every click!
One of the many reasons I love my job!
About half way through the session, after I already had tons of photos of them already that I couldn’t wait to edit, we headed down the road to the second spot! Still a little skeptical that it could get better, my opinion was quickly changed! Sheryl and Eric showed me a beautiful tree where it’s limbs were touching the ground. It created an enchanting oasis for their photos. Just wait till you see it below! Plus, the beautiful farm was located down there, too!
Instantly, I wished the sun wasn’t controlling how much time we had left!
I seriously could have stayed for two more hours! Sheryl and Eric, plus these locations, was a dream engagement session! These two are just the sweetest, and I instantly felt a connection; even on their welcome chat the connection started! They truly care about who you are as a person and were asking just as many questions to get to know me, as I was to get to know them! I’m so happy that our journey together is just in the beginning stages! I don’t think I can let it end any time soon!
Hope you two are okay with that! 😉
I hope you two enjoy these favorites from your Springton Manor Farm engagement session, as much as I do! You two are the absolute sweetest! Naturals in front of the camera! I can’t wait for next year, so I can have you two back in front of my camera! Counting down the days already!!!
